Founded by Dr. Patience Karsten, an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced wound-care and clinical experience, Oasis was created to provide families with more than just daily assistance — it was built to offer peace of mind.
Her healthcare background brings a deeper level of clinical awareness to resident care, including careful daily attention, early recognition of health changes, recovery support, medication oversight, and personalized care focused on dignity and comfort.
For families, this means knowing their loved one is cared for in a safe, attentive, and compassionate home environment where every resident is treated with respect and genuine kindness.
